We have you registered on our database as a member or supporter of Southampton University Players Theatre Company (SUPTC). Due to data protection regulations (GDPR) we are no longer able to hold these details without your written consent. Therefore, please find below the full details.
SUPTC committee members currently have electronic access to your data, via our secure shared online electronic database.In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), it is required that you consent to SUPTC further holding your data on the system. You must do this by 24.05.2018.
If we haven’t received your consent by this date, your data will be removed from our system and you will not be contacted again by SUP.

Your data will be held by SUPTC. Our legitimate interests and legal basis for processing the data is to facilitate administration and communication with current and past members or for marketing and information sharing regarding the activities of SUPTC. Your data will not be shared with any third parties unless you further consent to this. The data will be stored on our database for a period of 2 years from the date of consent. The data will not be subject to any automatic decision making.
The data we will hold in most cases is Email Address only, though may include Name, Address, Telephone Numbers and records of financial transactions such as payment of dues or claimed expenses.
